Terms of Service

Effective date: July 2026  ·  Corridor GTM System is operated by D&D Consulting, VAT #332583319, represented by Thomas Dratler.

B2B service only. Corridor is exclusively a business-to-business (B2B) service. Access is provided solely to professionals and legal entities acting in the course of their trade, business, or profession. By accessing or using the Corridor GTM System, you represent and warrant that you are acting as a business professional, not as a consumer. Consumer protection legislation applicable exclusively to natural persons acting outside their trade or profession — including the EU Consumer Rights Directive 14-day withdrawal right — does not apply to contracts entered into with Corridor. Where mandatory consumer protection provisions of the buyer's jurisdiction cannot be excluded by contract, such provisions apply to the extent required by law.

1. Who we are

The Corridor GTM System ("System") is provided by D&D Consulting, VAT #332583319, represented by Thomas Dratler ("Service Provider", "we", "us"). The System is a B2B go-to-market platform combining a private dashboard, automation workflows, signal intelligence, AI agents, and managed outreach sequences.

2. Scope of services

The System encompasses two phases:

The System is delivered using third-party cloud infrastructure, AI processing services, data enrichment providers, and LinkedIn automation infrastructure. Specific providers are treated as Service Provider's confidential information and are described by category in the sub-processor list.

3. Contracting and governing document

Access to the Corridor GTM System is governed by the Master Service Agreement ("MSA") signed between the Service Provider and the Client prior to activation. These Terms of Service are a public summary of the key terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the signed MSA, the signed MSA prevails.

4. Activation and fees

This Agreement becomes effective upon signature of the MSA by both parties. The Service Provider activates Client access within three (3) business days of signature.

All fees are exclusive of VAT. The currency is EUR (or USD at the ECB rate on the invoice date).

5. Payment terms

Late payment statutory interest under Israeli law applies from day eleven (11) after the invoice due date. The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend System access in the event of non-payment exceeding thirty (30) days.

6. No guarantee of results

The Service Provider provides a system and methodology, not a guaranteed commercial outcome. No warranty is made as to the number of leads, meetings, pipeline value, or revenue generated through use of the System. Results depend on factors outside the Service Provider's control, including Client's market, product-market fit, prospect responsiveness, and Client's execution of outreach.

7. AI-generated content

The AI features within Corridor generate content automatically based on publicly available data and user inputs. This content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or commercial advice. Signal intelligence, prospect briefs, outreach sequences, and other AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or errors. Clients are solely responsible for verifying any AI-generated information before acting on it.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any failure or interruption of third-party infrastructure or service providers. These limitations apply regardless of the form of action.

9. Intellectual property

The System — including all underlying code, workflows, methodologies, AI configurations, and processes — remains the exclusive property of D&D Consulting. Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the System solely for internal business purposes during the term of their MSA. Upon termination, the licence is revoked and System access is disabled within two (2) business days. Client data (prospect lists, pipeline data, and contact information) remains the exclusive property of the Client and is exported within 15 days of termination upon written request.

10. Term and termination

Following activation, the agreement continues indefinitely until terminated. Either party may terminate with thirty (30) days' written notice. The Service Provider may terminate immediately upon non-payment exceeding 30 days or a material breach not remedied within 15 days of written notice.

Upon termination, all fees due on the effective termination date remain payable. No refund is provided for any period already billed. Refund terms are set out in the Refund Policy.

11. Data protection

For the purposes of applicable data protection law, the Client is the data controller and the Service Provider is the data processor. Data is processed solely to deliver the Corridor GTM System. Full data protection terms are set out in the signed MSA and summarised in our Privacy Policy and sub-processor list.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any agreement incorporating them are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The parties shall attempt to resolve any dispute amicably within thirty (30) days of written notice. Failing amicable resolution, the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
